Photography Services

You can book directly through our website under the “Book a Session” page. Select your preferred package, time, theme, and number of people or models, along with any add-ons you’d like.

Packages are based on session length, shoot theme or concept, and how many people are being photographed. Each package includes specific time limits, outfit changes, and edit amounts.

Yes! You can shoot in-studio, on-location, or split your session between both options.

Raw images are returned within 48 hours. Retouched images are delivered within 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday). Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

You receive all unedited images in your gallery. The number of retouched edits depends on your package selection.

Absolutely! You can bring your own props, or we can style your set for an additional fee. Customized themes or styled sets must be requested ahead of time.

Rescheduling can be done through the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Yes, you can bring guests to your session. One serviced guest may bring up to four unserviced guests. For location shoots, there’s no limit on unserviced guests.

Studio Rentals & Memberships

You can book a studio rental directly through the “Studio Rental” page on the website. Choose your date, time, and preferred room or setup.
Standard lighting setups (Godox, Westcott, or Neewer), backdrops, and props are included. Premium creative sets and seasonal rooms are available as add-ons.
GloShips is our exclusive membership program for photographers, influencers, and creators who want monthly or unlimited studio access at a discounted rate.
If you stay past your scheduled rental time, an hourly rate will be charged. For GloShips members, sessions must be booked online or requested in advance, and staying past your time slot is only allowed if no other rental is booked afterward.
Glo Studios is open 8AM – 11PM, Monday through Sunday.
All bookings are paid in full online at the time of reservation to secure your date.
Refunds are not typically offered once a booking is confirmed, but we handle each situation with understanding. Please reach out directly if you experience an emergency or need to reschedule.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date for all photography sessions, studio rentals, and event bookings. The remaining balance is due before your scheduled date.

Event Space Rentals

Yes! Glo Studios can be booked as an event space for private gatherings, pop-ups, workshops, brand launches, or creative mixers.
The building is approximately 5,000 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to 175 guests, depending on the setup and event type.
Event rentals include full access to the space, restrooms, lighting ambiance, and general furniture setup. Additional décor, seating, or layout customization can be arranged as an add-on.
Yes, outside vendors and catering are allowed as long as they follow studio policies and cleanup guidelines.
Absolutely! We love collaborations and partnerships. Submit your inquiry through our contact page.
Yes — we regularly host creative experiences like Headshot Happy Hour, Glo in the Dark Paint & Sip, and seasonal art events. Check our “Events” page for upcoming dates.

Policies & Other Information

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session. Arriving late may reduce your shooting time and could result in rescheduling or additional fees if extended.
Yes! Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Please request this at the time of booking.
Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance for specific shoots. Please notify us when booking if you plan to bring one.
Glo Studios does not currently offer in-house glam services, but we can recommend trusted local artists upon request.
Yes, a photo or video release form may be required depending on the session type or purpose of your shoot.
Not without prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply for shoots involving special effects or messy materials.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused during their rental period. Please handle all studio property with care.
Yes! Back-to-back sessions can be booked depending on studio availability.
