Booking Policy
All sessions, rentals, and event bookings must be scheduled and paid for in full online to secure your date. A 50% deposit may be required for certain sessions or events, with the remaining balance due before the scheduled date.
Refunds & Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us directly to discuss rescheduling or credit options. Rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before your scheduled session using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Studio Usage
Glo Studios offers both in-studio and on-location photography options. Rentals include standard lighting, backdrops, and props. Premium or themed sets are available as add-ons and must be requested in advance. Staying past your scheduled time will result in additional hourly charges.
Event Space Rentals
The studio may be rented for private events, workshops, and creative gatherings. The venue accommodates up to 175 guests. Outside vendors and catering are allowed but must follow studio policies and cleanup requirements. Additional décor or setup requests may incur extra fees.
Photo Delivery
Raw photos are delivered within 48 hours of your session. Retouched images are delivered within 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday). Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. The number of edited photos depends on your selected package.
Guests & Conduct
One serviced guest may bring up to four unserviced guests. For location shoots, there is no limit on unserviced guests. Please respect studio property and maintain a professional environment at all times. Damages caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional charges.
Memberships
GloShips memberships provide discounted or unlimited weekday studio access. Members must book sessions in advance and adhere to the same studio rules and scheduling policies as standard rentals.
Intellectual Property
All images remain the property of Indiglow Innovation LLC until final payment is received. Clients are granted personal or commercial usage rights as defined in their package or agreement.
